The Next Chapter
Thanks for putting up with me for the past 12 months. This is my last article in Strictly Business — at least for now.
Over the past year, I’ve written about real estate, business, and productivity. It’s been a fun challenge, and I’m grateful to everyone who’s read, shared, or stopped me to say, “Hey, I liked that one.” So — thank you.
Here’s what 15+ years in business has taught me: Success isn’t found. It’s built.
Brick by brick.
One choice at a time.
One day at a time.
One lesson at a time.
Growth isn’t loud. It’s steady. It’s showing up when nobody’s watching. It’s doing the small, boring things that compound into something big later. And that’s what I plan to keep doing — just with a twist.
2026 will look different. Same company. New title. Bigger expectations. Same mission: build.
I’m launching a spinoff of The Gaelan Trombley Show (don’t worry, that one’s still rolling). The new one’s called The Journey.
It’s my audio journal documenting what it really takes to build a business — the wins, the screw-ups, the lessons, and the behind-the-scenes stuff most people skip (and don’t want you to see).
I’ll share what I’m learning in real time: the decisions, the frameworks, the hits, the misses — all of it.
I’m also launching a short, 1-minute email called The Journal — bite-size, actionable lessons on business, marketing, branding, and growth. If it’s working for me, maybe it can work for you too.
If you’re building your own thing, I hope it helps. And if you’re not, follow along and root for me. Building can get lonely — a few cheers go a long way. (And please give encouragement to other business owners. It’s long, tough, lonely work to build something worth building. Quick positive words give momentum to many who need it.)
