Chamberwise: Affirmation of Friendship

A centerpiece of the North Country Chamber of Commerce’s recent Quebec-New York Rendezvous was the signing and release of an Affirmation of Friendship and Partnership. Initiated by the Quebec Government, the document includes eleven clauses highlighting the special connections between the North Country and Quebec and was signed by N.Y.S. Assemblyman Michael Cashman as Chair of the Assembly Task Force on New York-Canada Relations; Quebec Delegate General David Brulotte; and Garry Douglas, President of the North Country Chamber of Commerce.
